This project sits in the heart of Salt Lake City, steps from Pioneer Park — a strip mall that now houses Cucina Toscano and several other local spots. The building itself carried decades of history in its original brick, dating back to the early days of Salt Lake's development. Rather than strip that character away, GCN Construction applied a custom stucco finish shaped and formed to replicate the look of brick — preserving the vintage feel of the building while giving it a clean, modern edge. The transformation took a worn, weathered exterior and turned it into something that honors where it came from while looking like it belongs right now.
