Located on one of Payson's busiest corridors just off the freeway, this new commercial build for Freedom Vapors was the most technically demanding project in our portfolio. The exterior called for a combination of stucco, EIFS, and a custom puzzle-pattern stone veneer that gives the finished building the look of handcrafted brickwork from the outside. EIFS alone is a multi-layer system that requires precision and patience at every stage — there are no shortcuts. Add in a heavy snow season hitting mid-project, and this job tested everything we had. Our crew pushed through, adapted to the conditions, and delivered a finished exterior in 2.5 months that holds up as well as it looks. When you're on the busiest stretch of Payson, the outside of your building has to say something, and this one does.
